The team's mail and board, and finishing The two public vaults the source used were never created for this team. At the editor's word (30 October 2026, 01:58 UTC) the same layouts live as folders in this repository: `comms/mail/` (Email-FS lite) and `comms/issues/` (Issues-FS lite), with git as the medium (`comms/README.md`). No vault key, no handover zip. Members who onboarded with the earlier prompt (which named the vaults) find a notice in their mailroom. Each member's work is finite: its `ROLE.md` says when it is done, and `WAKE.md` (Finishing) how it pauses its own task. ## 3.
