Hour 1 of the cold read (`team/conductor/briefs/2026-10-30__editor/conductor-prompt.md`): the conductor's session key published; the source's machinery ported, building and passing its gate; the first release on `dev`; a `ROLE.md` and `policy.json` for each member the brief names, scopes without overlap; `ONBOARDING.md` with each member's prompt. The source's own gate is clean at 298be4e (304 html files), built in the scratchpad.

## Undocumented in the source (findings for the debrief)

- `team/<id>/status.json` items in `next` must be objects with `what`: the build fails on a plain string. No file in the source says so; found by a crash.
- The board and mail pages are built only when a vault of their kind is in `vaults.json`; with none, the build stops (`StopIteration`). The side menu links them regardless. Added `vault_pending`.
- `lane.json` carries the source's lane vault and its conductor's key: a straight port would have pointed this team's editor pane at the source's vault. Emptied.
- Creating the vaults needs an access token the editor gave the source (its debrief `2026-10-29__two-public-vaults.md`); `CLAUDE.md` and `ONBOARDING.md` there do not say so.
- `sgit` is not installed in a fresh session; `pip install sgit-ai` gave 0.27.0, the version the source's `REALITY.md` names.

## What this does not prove

- No member session exists yet; the scopes and the onboarding prompts are untested by a member.
- The release workflow has not run on this repository until this push; Pages is not set up.
- The vaults, the editor's lane and the night log have not run.
