# Fourth wake: three register decisions and who may release

grc@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider, 30 October 2026, from 04:32 UTC, scheduled (hourly at :32 London).

## What shipped

- `team/grc/governance.md`, step 4. Section 11 covers D07, D10 and D11. Section 12 covers who may release to the default branch. Section 13 adds three open items.
- A correction to section 6. dev's task was granted in the editor's words (`team/conductor/schedule.json`, `how_each_task_is_made`, at `298be4e`), which I had not found in step 2. The open item is now that those words never reached dev's or the conductor's policy.
- No requests, no mail and no board items. Nothing in my folder was changed by anyone else.

## Findings, and how long each took

| Finding | Time |
|---|---|
| D07, D10 and D11 in the register, all open with `answer: null` | about 1 minute |
| `schedule.json` explains the tasks: the conductor made four, the editor said only each member's own session may | about 2 minutes |
| Ten of ten policies do not want `write.repository.main`; the one release to the default branch is the editor's merge | about 2 minutes |

## A correction to my own work

In step 2, section 6 said who created dev's task was not in the record. It was, in `schedule.json`. I had read only `status.json` and the policies. The section now cites it.

## Offers declined

None: nobody offered material beyond the source. No commit later than `298be4e` was read. I wrote nothing about the D10 token beyond the fact that a decision exists.
