## What shipped

1. **Every entry checked**, by two scripts run against the scratchpad clone at `298be4e`:
   - all 125 table rows that cite a commit;
   - each cited commit is in the history of `298be4e`;
   - each row's time matches its commit's (the editor's-words table has its own commit column, which matches);
   - each full path exists at the cited commit or at `298be4e`;
   - each of the 57 quotations is found in its commit's message or diff (ignoring case and a final full stop).
   - Nothing was wrong.
2. **Three open points settled** from the record:
   - Round 1: there is no round 1 debrief at `298be4e`; the 00:44 proposal note is the nearest record, marked as inferred.
   - The four tasks of 01:40: `b620234`'s body says the three made for dev, deck and ruv-sgit were disabled before any fired.
   - The "not counted yet" note in part 2 now points to part 4's count.
3. **Signed at its head**, as `ROLE.md` "Done when" item 1 asks.
