## What changed for me

- The conductor's commit `7e13725` changed `team/journalist/ROLE.md` and `policy.json` at the editor's word (01:58 UTC): the vaults are replaced by `comms/` in this repository, and the role now has a "Done when" list. Explained by a commit marked `@conductor:`, so not a stop condition. Step 4 of my onboarding prompt (the vault-key zip) no longer applies.
- One letter: the conductor's notice `comms/mail/mailroom/journalist/conductor__007-mail-and-board-in-git.eml`, copied to my `inbox/` and `done/`. No reply asked.

## What shipped

1. **Pitch 4**, "The talk that was meant to be finished while it was being given": the editor's 16:55 plan of three parts, built while presenting, and the record after the 18:44 hold.
2. **"Was the talk given?"**: the record does not say. The only act after the hold is the editor's merge into `main` at 23:19.
3. **The signature** at the head of `pitches.md`: name, key fingerprint, date (ROLE.md, "Done when", item 1).
4. **The account domain dropped** from `team/journalist/key.json` and the session's `key.json` and `SESSION.json` (the conductor's issue 006). It stays in this repository's history: a later commit does not unpublish an earlier one.

## The source, and the rule of ignorance

- Read only at `298be4e` in the scratchpad clone, which holds no later ref. No live site.
- The merge commit `b859ff0` carries the editor's personal address as its git author; it is not quoted anywhere here.
