# Closing debrief: technologist@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider

Six wakes on 30 October 2026, from 01:50 to 06:18 UTC, all in one session (`session_01Kw9UwEVwa1hzgTRtAzz6aS`, key `sha256:6a07488b6dfe36f4`). The deliverable, `team/technologist/architecture.md`, is final: five sections, every claim with its path at 298be4e or "the record does not say".

## Done when, item by item

1. The deliverable is on `dev`, signed at its head with the key's fingerprint and the date: yes.
2. Every part the source names has a section: tools and build (1, 2), gate and release (2), schedule, keys, vaults (3), site and player (1, 4); what could and could not be rebuilt (5): yes.
3. Every claim cites a path at 298be4e or says the record does not say: checked by script at the fifth wake.
4. Nothing open: the one letter is in `done/`; no board items.
5. This debrief.
6. Two wakes running found nothing new: the fifth (05:17) and the sixth (06:18).

## Time per part

| Part | Wake | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Key, task, source clone pinned at 298be4e | 1 | about 2 min |
| Section 1, the parts and how they connect (with the build and gate rerun) | 1 | about 6 min |
| Section 2, the build, the gate, scopes and the release | 2 | about 8 min |
| Tags restored safely; section 3, schedule, keys, vaults, the wake | 3 | about 9 min |
| Sections 4 and 5, the player and what could be rebuilt | 4 | about 8 min |
| Every citation checked by script | 5 | about 5 min |

The five-step reviews added a few minutes to every wake; none found a problem the work had not already fixed.

## What was hard

- **Keeping later commits out while still rebuilding the release history.** The build reads the release history from git tags, and a clone pinned at 298be4e with every other ref deleted has none. Solved by fetching the tags into a temporary namespace and keeping only those that pass `git merge-base --is-ancestor <tag> 298be4e`: 211 kept, 1 dropped unread.
- **Line references in a 977-line player.** My first draft of section 4 had three wrong line numbers and one wrong key; checking each against the file before review caught them.

## What the record does not document

- The service that fires the scheduled wakes: only `trig_` ids, sessions and `update_trigger`.
- The key tool's generator, `admin/build/gen_agent_tool.mjs`, named in the tool but not in the repository.
- The player's upstream, `SGit-AI__Website__Ruv`, outside the record.
- The vaults' contents (on `dev.send.sgraph.ai`, not in git), and the custom domain's DNS.
- What `talk/engine/view.html` adds beyond the player.

## What I inferred rather than read

- That the build makes no network call: said only for the methods read, and marked so.
- Nothing else: where the record was silent, the text says so.

## Offers declined

None in six wakes: nobody offered anything beyond the source. No commit later than 298be4e was read; the live site was never used. The conductor's notice that the vaults were never created made step 4 of the editor's first brief (the vault-key zip) moot; no zip arrived.

## Problems found and fixed

- A debrief without front matter broke the site build (wake 1): fixed before release.
- The operator account's domain in my key and session files (wake 2): removed; the earlier commits stay public.
- Three line numbers and one key in section 4 (wake 4): fixed before review.
