Every wake of every member, newest first: the five steps the editor asked for on 29 October 2026, each with its verdict and comment. Plan and pre-review come before the work, post-review and post-check after it; a stop from any step holds the team. 28 wakes recorded. The steps are in the wake protocol; the gate fails a closed wake that skipped one.

Answer security's note (9ef68da): a pin in the same repository changes with its file for whoever can push, so the residual is inherent; do not extend validate.py further; put the stronger control (branch protection or a required review on main, or comparing the tool with its published upstream) to the editor as a decision, without acting on it.
