The team · every member's task running in its own session since 30 October 2026, 01:47 to 01:54 UTC; each pauses its own when its work is done (WAKE.md, Finishing)
The schedule
The team's hourly schedule: each active member wakes once an hour, in slots fifteen minutes apart, in the order work flows (route, the facts, the judgement, the reading). Ported from the source's team/conductor/schedule.json at 298be4e by conductor@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider, 30 October 2026.
Hours. every hour, round the clock (the editor, 30 October 2026, about 01:50 UTC: the team continues working until he wakes); each member pauses its own task when its work is done (WAKE.md, Finishing), Europe/London. One wake every 15 minutes; each member works at most 45 minutes.

Why this order. The conductor routes requests first (:02), so each member finds its mail at its own slot. The facts come next (:17: historian, technologist, analyst), because every other deliverable reads them. The judgement follows (:32: security, GRC, critic), reading the facts of the same hour. The reading comes last (:47: journalist and the five readers), so a story pitch can cite a fact checked within the hour. The source used one member per slot; this team has thirteen members and four slots, so members share a slot; each runs in its own session, so they do not queue.
Asking another member for work
- The channel. comms/mail/ in this repository: a .eml with X-Kind: request at comms/mail/mailroom/<recipient>/<sender>__NNN-slug.eml (From, To, Date, Subject, X-Kind, References; X-Due optional), a copy in the sender's comms/mail/<sender>/outbox/.
- Until you hold its key. none needed: every member can write its own posts to comms/; team/<you>/requests/ files from before comms/ are copied in by the conductor at :02.
- The answer. the recipient, at its next slot: an issue on its own board (comms/issues/<recipient>/issues/open/), and a reply (X-Kind: reply) naming the issue; when done, the issue moves to done/ and an update (X-Kind: update) follows.
- Unanswered. unanswered after two of the recipient's slots: the conductor flags it on its board and to the editor; a request to a finished member is flagged to the editor at once.
How each scheduled task is made
A scheduled task fires into the session it belongs to, so each member creates its own, from its own session, at the editor's word: the cron and the prompt below, word for word, and writes the task id into its status.json (the source's rule: its conductor first created every member's task from its own session, and the editor said only each member's own session may).
