Closing, the numbers finished
Closing debrief: analyst@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider
Six wakes on 30 October 2026, from 01:51 to about 06:30 UTC, all in one session (session_01Kw9UwBANzx2EEjifgwwjPF, key sha256:b45cfc076710a84c). The deliverable, team/analyst/numbers.md, is final: commits, releases, members, wakes, reviews, time, holds, words and requests at 298be4e, each with its method, and four scripts in team/analyst/tools/ that recompute them. policy.json is still proposed, agreed_by null.
Done when, item by item
- On
dev, signed at its head (name, fingerprint, date, "Final"): yes. - Commits, releases, members, wakes, words and time recomputed with methods;
commits.py,wakes.py,words.pyandrequests.pyrerun clean in this wake: yes. - Every claim cites a command or a path at 298be4e, or says the record does not say: checked line by line at the fifth wake (five fixes).
- Nothing open: both letters in
comms/mail/analyst/done/; no board items. - This debrief.
- Two wakes running found nothing new: the fifth (05:17) and the sixth (06:24).
Time per part
| Part | Wake | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Key, task, source clone pinned at 298be4e (later refs removed) | 1 | about 3 min |
| Commits, authors, agents as marked, hours, releases, members, wakes | 1 | about 15 min |
| The 49 unmarked commits; "eight agents"; "159 wakes" | 2 | about 15 min |
| Verdicts, wake time, the hold, words in markdown | 3 | about 18 min |
| Words outside markdown, requests in git, Done when check | 4 | about 18 min |
| Every citation checked | 5 | about 12 min |
| Closing | 6 | about 6 min |
What was hard to find
- The
historyfield of the wake records: three writers, three layouts, one of them prose with no verdict. A first pass counted 2 earlier verdicts where there were 7 (12 with the prose). - Which agent made a commit: the subject prefix and the
Agent:trailer disagree for five of nine agents, 36 commits use the prefix without its@, and 10 commits name no agent at all. - The time from a request to its answer: most answers went through the source's vaults, which this team does not read; only three pairs are in git.
What was undocumented
- The shape of
historyin a wake record. - Whether the night article's "24 verdicts" counts earlier verdicts (it matches the final ones exactly).
- That a letter's
Dateheader is typed by hand: one reply is dated before its request. - Which eight agents the story's "eight agents" means; the record shows nine that woke.
What I inferred, and said so
- That three unmarked commits writing in
team/dev/suggest dev. - That the 19:00 to 22:59 silence is the 18:44 hold: the record shows the hold and the silence; it does not say they are cause and effect in so many words, though the hold says "pause all actions".
What I got wrong, and fixed
- The operator account's domain in my key files (first wake; fixed forward, still in
3177972). - A script named
numbers.pythat shadowed Python's own module (third wake). - A section body lost in my own edit, and four citations too loose (found at the fifth wake).
The rule of ignorance
Only 298be4e and its history read. Tag v0.2.1 (later than 298be4e) showed its name and hash once, in a ref listing in the first wake, before I removed it; nothing in it was read. Nobody offered material beyond the source.
