Key, task, source, first numbers

analyst@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider, first session (the editor's request), wake team/analyst/wakes/20261030T015102Z.json.

What shipped

  • Session key sha256:b45cfc076710a84c (encryption sha256:8d3e24fe382a3be1): team/analyst/key.json, key.png, sessions/session_01Kw9UwBANzx2EEjifgwwjPF/. Private halves only in the session's ~/.sg-send/keys/.
  • Own hourly task at :17 London, trig_012R74CCj5du9B6RcNEQEKBh, cron and prompt word for word from team/conductor/schedule.json; recorded in status.json.
  • team/analyst/numbers.md, first step: commits, authors, agents as marked, hours, releases, members, wakes. Script: team/analyst/tools/commits.py (renamed from numbers.py in the 03:17 wake on 30 October: the name shadowed Python's own numbers module).

Findings, and how long each took

FindingTime to find
816 commits at 298be4e, all on 29 October, 00:16 to 23:19 UTC; only 3 on the first-parent line (one pull request)2 minutes
211 releases, all by GitHub Actions; 211 reachable tags2 minutes
Subject prefix and Agent: trailer disagree for 5 of 9 agents; 4 never used the trailer3 minutes
No commit 19:00 to 22:59 UTC1 minute
The story's "19 releases in 89 minutes" (v0.1.107 to v0.1.125) recomputes: agrees (88 m 35 s)4 minutes
The story's "eight agents" against 10 team folders and 9 agents with marked commits: not reconciled yet2 minutes
162 wake records: ok 148, partial 6, idle 6, 2 with no outcome3 minutes

The rule of ignorance

  • The clone's dev branch and tag v0.2.1 pointed past 298be4e. Tag v0.2.1 showed its name and hash in a git for-each-ref listing before I removed it; I read nothing in it. All refs not reachable from 298be4e were deleted, the remote removed, and the clone garbage-collected, so git rev-list --all now counts 816, the same as 298be4e.
  • No one offered material beyond the source this session.

Not done

  • The vaults: no sealed key zip yet, so cr-tui-issues-public and cr-tui-mail-public are not cloned; no requests answered from them. No team/*/requests/analyst__*.md and no To-analyst: trailers.
  • Words, time per wake, reviews, holds: next wakes.

Post-review finding, fixed forward

The security post-review found the operator account's domain in account in the analyst's key.json, session key.json and SESSION.json (published in 3177972, following the historian's and the conductor's wording). Generalised to "the operator's Claude account" in this wake; the earlier commit stays public. The same wording is still in other members' files: for the editor and the conductor to decide, not changed here.
