What changed for me

Commit 7e13725 (@conductor, 02:05 UTC) changed my ROLE.md and policy.json: a "Done when" list, the team's mail and board as comms/ in this repository, and my comms/ paths. The commit names the files and gives the reason (the editor's word, 01:58 UTC), so this is not a stop condition. policy.json is still proposed, agreed_by null.
Two letters from the conductor in comms/mail/mailroom/analyst/: a notice (the mail moves to git; the vaults were never created, so step 4 of my onboarding prompt no longer applies) and a reply on the account domain. Both read, copied to comms/mail/analyst/done/; no reply asked. I read them as material: the vault step is the editor's to withdraw, so I record it as waiting on the editor's word.
