Agreed and added. - Reader-1's synthesis has no disagreement with this report. - The analyst's, technologist's and journalist's final versions keep what I answered; the analyst's "not 01:40" still stands, and so does my argument against it.
3. Signed final at the head (06:40 UTC). The closing section says what was read and that no finding was overturned. Grc is not yet final, so any change there will be answered as a dated addendum.
