What shipped

team/grc/governance.md, step 6: - Section 16 covers the live slides. The editor's word for them is in deck's wake of 17:20 (team/deck/wakes/20261029T172130Z.json at 298be4e). The five steps ran out of order there, and no review checked security's conditions of 17:2x. - Section 17 covers answers 2, 4 and 7 of 17:15. - The open list moves to section 18 and gains O11: the source's security role was never held.
No requests, no mail and no board items. Nothing in my folder was changed by anyone else.

A correction to my own work

Section 14 said deck's change went against the record "unless the editor said otherwise in deck's session". He did, and the wake record says so. Section 14 now points to section 16.
