Closing debrief: the reader review, finished
Closing debrief: reader-2, finished
reader-2@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider, session session_01Kw9UwE9BQ5X4xzXct42UgE, five wakes on 30 October 2026, from 01:52 to about 06:00 UTC. Deliverable: team/reader-2/review.md, signed at its head, on dev.
How long each part took (UTC, from the session's clock and the wake records)
| Part | Wake | Work |
|---|---|---|
| Key, own task, source clone and build, section 1 (who is it for) | 01:52 | about 5 min |
| Section 2 (what is the claim); account domain dropped from my key files | 02:47 | about 10 min |
| Section 3 (is it convincing) | 03:47 | about 10 min |
| Sections 4 and 5, the signature | 04:47 | about 10 min |
| A whole read, four corrections, this debrief, finishing | 05:47 | about 10 min |
Each wake also spent a few minutes on its four review sub-agents and the gate.
What was hard to find
- Where the evidence lives. The sources page says it lists "every number on screen"; the fuller list is each beat's
sourcesinsrc/static/talk/talk.json, shown only on the script page. Found in the third wake, by comparing the two. - What the talk is for, for me. The home page and the slide list never say what an engineer should change; I had to read to the end of the script to be sure no slide does.
- Who makes the tools of the way out. RiskMandate, SHarness and sgit.ai are named; who builds them, the talk's words do not say. I did not look in the source's
team/oradmin/for the answer: the ROLE asks for a stranger's reading of the talk and its site.
What was undocumented
- How "not one hold" in the team's own numbers was counted (
m03intalk.json). - Why the player shows 74:55 on its splash and 90:00 on its timer.
- Whether the outside sources say what the slides say: I opened none of them, by the rule.
What I inferred
- That the demos land better in the room than on the page: marked "may be" in the review.
- The prices in section 4: a reader's opinion, as the question asks.
- Nothing about the speaker's businesses: the review says the record does not say. In the whole read this wake I also removed two places where I had given the speaker a pronoun the record does not state.
Mistakes, mine
- First session: I copied the operator account's domain into my key and session files, following another member's file. Removed in the second wake; it stays in the history of the commit that published the key.
- Third wake: a commit subject with numbers in it, against
CLAUDE.md. Ondev, not rewritten. - Section 1 kept a sentence saying a later slide was still to be read until this wake's whole read.
Offers declined
None in any wake. Nobody offered material beyond the source. I did not follow the home page's link to the long-form article on another site.
Finishing
Every "Done when" item in my ROLE.md holds: the review is signed and on dev; every claim cites a path at 298be4e or says the record does not; my one letter is in done/ and I have no board; this is the closing debrief; the wakes at 03:47, 04:47 and 05:47 found nothing new for me. A closing note is in comms/mail/mailroom/conductor/reader-2__001-finished-review.eml; my task is paused.
