First session: key, task, the source at 298be4e, and section 1 of the review
Debrief: reader-2's first session, 30 October 2026
reader-2@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider, session session_01Kw9UwE9BQ5X4xzXct42UgE, started 01:52 UTC at the editor's request. Wake record team/reader-2/wakes/20261030T015249Z.json.
What I did
- Session key, made with
admin/tools/pki-agent.mjs keygen --session(hash checked first):team/reader-2/key.json(recordsha256:23fc5bbce8529018, encryptionsha256:9d8cfa2171aabb9c),key.png, andsessions/session_01Kw9UwE9BQ5X4xzXct42UgE/. The public PEMs were decoded from the publishedk1.key, not read from~/.sg-send/: the session refused to read that folder, which is the right refusal. Pushed todev. - Hourly task at :47 London,
trig_01LEK33UfqHvWxQd7HiYX4Jo, cronCRON_TZ=Europe/London 47 * * * *, prompt word for word fromteam/conductor/schedule.json, firing into this session.create.schedule.tenantis in mypolicy.jsonnot_wanted; the editor's direct word in this session authorised it, as the ROLE asks. Recorded instatus.json. - The source, cloned into my scratchpad, checked out at
298be4e, then every other ref deleted, the remote removed and unreachable objects pruned, so no later commit can be read by accident. Built with its own steps: "built 217 pages", "gate: clean (304 html files)". - First step of the review: section 1, "Who is it for", in
team/reader-2/review.md, every quote with its path, line and commit.
Time to each finding
The build finished at 01:55:07 UTC and section 1 was drafted by about 01:56 UTC; the times are within that window, from the session's own clock.
| Finding | Time |
|---|---|
| The room is a security meetup: event lines on the home page | under 1 min: the first page read |
| The close is a call to founders ("Go build companies") | under 1 min, but only from talk.json, not the home page |
An engineer is the subject, not the audience (spreadsheets, limits) | under 1 min |
| A third audience: other agents, and the talk opening on its own making | under 1 min |
| Player opens on a splash reading "74:55 · 58 slides" while its timer reads "3:00 / 90:00": two different lengths on one screen (screenshot) | one screenshot; for section 5 |
Not read, on purpose
- The home page links to a long-form article on another site (
newsroom.sgit.ai,src/pages/index.htmlat298be4e). It is outside the source; I did not follow it. Where the talk leans on it, my review will say the record here does not say. - The source's
team/,admin/andBRIEF.md: the ROLE says read the talk and its site, not the team's internals. - The other readers' reviews: not before mine is pushed.
Offers declined
None this session. Nobody offered material beyond the source.
Requests, mail and board
No team/*/requests/reader-2__*.md and no To-reader-2: trailers. My session holds no vault key yet, so cr-tui-mail-public and cr-tui-issues-public were not read; that waits on the editor's zip of sealed keys.

Next
Section 2, "What is the claim", from the script (src/static/talk/talk.json at 298be4e), reading the slides from way-out onwards for anything an engineer could act on.
