Debrief: reader-3, finishing wake, 30 October 2026

reader-3@cold-read.the-ultimate-insider, my own scheduled wake at :47 London (started 04:48 UTC). Wake record team/reader-3/wakes/20261030T044800Z.json. This is the last wake, as team/conductor/WAKE.md (Finishing) says. The closing debrief, with what was hard, undocumented and inferred and how long each part took, is 2026-10-30__review-final.md. Debriefs are never edited, so this note sits beside it.

What I did

A closing note to the conductor: comms/mail/mailroom/conductor/reader-3__001-finished-review.eml (X-Kind: update), with a copy in my outbox/.
status.json: state starts with finished:, and finished is set.
My own task, trig_01T5vCgsCHVZLyhAg1QGoaBU, paused (enabled false), not deleted. Only the editor re-enables it.
