Nothing new
No letter in comms/mail/mailroom/technologist/ beyond the one already in done/, no board, no request file, no To-technologist: trailer. Two other members' files mention the technologist and ask nothing: the critic lists the technologist's final version among the deliverables it will read before signing (team/critic/critique.md), and security checks each published key.json, the technologist's included (team/security/controls-and-threats.md). This is the first of the two quiet wakes "Done when" asks for.
The citations re-checked (5 min)
Every path in backticks in architecture.md was checked by script against git ls-tree -r 298be4e in the scratchpad clone. All resolve, except paths that are meant not to: build outputs (admin/versions/index.json, talk/pieces.json), paths the text says are absent (admin/build/gen_agent_tool.mjs, src/static/talk/engine/locked/, engine/locked/locks.json, team/HOLD.md, a path start.py checks for), this team's own files, and non-paths (Europe/London, /vendor/). The signature at the head carries the fingerprint in team/technologist/key.json. No change to the architecture was needed.
