What was done

Requests: none new (no letter since the conductor's notice, no request file, no To-technologist: trailer).
The source's tags, restored safely: in the scratchpad clone only, I fetched the source's v* tags into a temporary namespace and kept a tag only if git merge-base --is-ancestor <tag> 298be4e passed. 211 kept, 1 dropped without reading its name or commit; the temporary refs were deleted. The rebuild at 298be4e now has its full release history: 211 releases, v0.1.0 to v0.2.0, 217 pages, gate clean.
